Welcome to PoweredbyPMC, a digital marketplace platform provided by Prime Management Contracting (PMC). By using our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
PoweredbyPMC provides a service marketplace that allows users to submit requests and receive quotes from vetted service providers in various trades. PMC facilitates communication, scheduling, and resolution of issues between customers and service providers.
Payment Terms
All payments for services rendered through PoweredbyPMC must comply with our specified payment terms. Details regarding payment methods, timelines, and obligations will be provided here.
SMS Notifications Consent
By using PoweredbyPMC, you consent to receive SMS notifications through the application, including updates, promotions, and other communications. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time.
Late Fee
Late payments may incur a late fee assessed at 3% of the outstanding amount per 5 days, subject to the maximum allowed by law. Late fees are subject to change at our discretion.
Recording of Phone Calls
For quality assurance and training purposes, phone calls between customers, service providers, and support staff may be recorded. By using our services, you consent to the recording of these communications.
Verification of Claims with Insurance
PMC may verify claims with the user’s home insurance provider to ensure accuracy and validity of claims related to services requested or rendered through our platform.

Vetting of Service Providers
Every service provider is thoroughly vetted for insurance and quality before being allowed to offer services on our platform.
PMC’s Role in Projects
PMC facilitates transactions and oversees project progression, addressing any issues and providing support as needed.
Payment Process
Clients pay PMC directly for services rendered. After confirming client satisfaction, PMC pays the service provider, ensuring quality control and fair treatment.
Limitation of Liability
While we are committed to quality, we acknowledge that our liability in disputes or issues is limited as outlined below.|
General Liability and User Responsibilities
User Responsibilities
Users acknowledge that PoweredbyPMC merely connects them with service providers. While PMC vets each service provider, the final choice and responsibility rest with the user.
Service Provider Quality
PMC strives to maintain high standards but does not guarantee the performance of service providers. PMC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from services provided.
Limitation of Liability
PMC’s liability for any claims related to services is limited to the amount paid by the user for those services, up to a maximum cap as permitted by law.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify PMC against claims arising from their use of PoweredbyPMC.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes should be resolved amicably, or through binding arbitration in Pennsylvania, foregoing any class action.
Handling of Service Failures
Responsibility for any mishaps or inadequate service lies directly between the client and the service provider. While PMC facilitates communication and strives to assist in resolution, it does not bear liability for service failures. The client, as the final selector of the service provider, bears responsibility for their choices.
Amendments to Terms
PMC reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania without regard to its conflict of law principles.
